On Thursday, 11 September 2025, the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, had the honor of welcoming Dr. Jonathan Chevry, Legal Counsel at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), as a guest lecturer in the International Investment Law course on the topic \u201cICSID and Investment Treaty Arbitration.\u201d<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In this session, Dr. Jonathan Chevry, Legal Counsel at ICSID, presented a comprehensive overview of the organization and its role in investment treaty arbitration. The first part of the lecture provided a detailed explanation of the fundamentals of ICSID, followed by a practical mock exercise focusing on the complex issue of ICSID jurisdiction<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
