Dr. Anne Coulon has taught at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, since 2015. Anne holds a PhD in law from the University of Limerick, Republic of Ireland and the Faculty of Law of the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, France. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Public and Private Law from Nice Sophia-Antipolis, France and a Bachelor’s Degree in European Law and Public Law from the University of Franche-Comte, France. In the past, Anne has worked for reputed local and international law firms in India, Thailand, Singapore and France; and in the international development sector with the EU and with NGOs. She also served the French Embassy in India as a Trade advisor and a legal counsel for the Consulate. . Anne is an attorney admitted to the Paris Bar. She is an arbitrator listed on the panels of several arbitration institutions such as the THAC, and is an accredited mediator in Singapore.
