Research and academic work of the faculty members of the Faculty of Law.
The faculty members of the Faculty of Law are constantly involved in significant national research projects and produce research works that are recognised for their high quality, leading to improvements in various areas of society, politics, government, and on many legal topics. Examples include a research project on “Project for the Amendment of Law relating to Water Resources and the Drafting of the Water Resources Act,” and studies on “Legal and Ethical Issues and Recommendations Related to the Use of Assisted Reproductive Technology and Genetic Selection,” and “Research Project for the Separation of Commercial Cases from Civil Cases.”
In addition, the Faculty of Law provides funding to support faculty members in conducting research to complement the faculty’s programmes, to support the creation of new bodies of knowledge to develop education at the Faculty of Law, for its continuing advancement.
