Project for the Thammasat Law Journal
The Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, publishes the “Thammasat Law Journal” every three months, to disseminate academic knowledge in the field of law and knowledge that is related to law, which has content that is noteworthy and interesting, and of both theoretical and practical worth, in the form of an academic journal. It also aims to encourage people, both internal and external, to present their academic work for publication and dissemination to the public.
The Thammasat Law Journal is a source of information for law students and lawyers generally to understand legal concepts and academic content produced by the Faculty of Law better and more deeply, as well as to keep up to date with the latest legal developments.
The Thammasat Law Journal is produced by the Project for the Thammasat Law Journal, which consists of the editorial team and the management team. The editorial team is managed by distinguished experts and faculty members of the Faculty of Law, which makes the Thammasat Law Journal a leading law journal. The management team consists of staff of the Faculty of Law and students of the Faculty of Law, who are the supporting force to ensure that the Law Journal is published within the specified time frame.
The journal is published every three months, with 4 issues per year as follows: Issue 1 in March, Issue 2 in June, Issue 3 in September, and Issue 4 in December.

Read the Thammasat Law Journal
The Thammasat Law Journal has the following policies regarding access to full-text articles:
- Publishing in hard copy format: Interested persons can access the hard copy journal issues published in or before 2019 from Thammasat University libraries.
- Publishing online: Interested persons can access the journal on the Thammasat University Library website or on the Thai Journals Online (ThaiJO) website (for issues published from 2020 onwards).

The Thammasat Law Journal accepts academic works in various formats for consideration for publication, including academic articles, research articles, case commentaries, legal essays, and book reviews.
