About the International Trade Law Centre
The International Trade Law Centre is responsible for teaching courses related to international trade law, both related to the relationship between private sector entities (eg buying and selling goods internationally, international transport, and marine insurance) and related to public-private relationships (such as international investment or international finance and banking). Additionally, the International Trade Law Centre is responsible for organising academic seminars, disseminating knowledge in the field of international trade law to promote accurate understanding, and driving the development of laws in this field to advance and modernise in line with the world’s rapidly changing legal developments, especially in the era of relentless advances in information and communication technology.
