Profile
Apinop Atipiboonsin specializes in comparative constitutional law and administrative law. He currently focuses his research on constitutional law as well as theories of public law in Southeast Asia. He has also written about the legal history of Thailand. His dissertation focuses on the military and its institutional role in the Constitution with emphasis on both the theoretical and comparative perspectives. He has also been working on topics of judicial review, constitutional rights, and comparative administrative law. He is keen on using both quantitative and qualitative methods in his academic research. He has been a member of the Thai Bar since 2013.
